At Power Tool Specialists, we stand behind the durability and performance of our equipment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the tool in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, batteries, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
